Because I’m just like you, a career-driven, goal obsessed, and ambitious woman who has not only been there done that, but has been there and screwed that up, too. I’ve learned lessons from failure, success, roadblocks, and mentors throughout my experience growing up in corporate America. I’m very anti HR-only approved advice, jargon without any real meaning, and fluff. Every piece of content churned out from The CEO.Co comes from experience, research, and expertise.

At The CEO.Co we currently are not accepting advertisements on our site- we aim to keep this site clean and easy to navigate, and believe that, at this time, ads throughout the site will clog up and congest the site.

Course FAQs

What can I expect from a course?

The one thing I’ve realized through my years and years of personal development was that I absolutely HATED the scripted and seemingly perfect training and podcasts I’d listen to.

I hated feeling like this person wasn’t engaging “in the moment” and speaking to me like I was right in front of them with a coffee and a notepad.

The best training I’ve ever been a part of, the most relevant and relate-able podcasts I’ve ever listened to were imperfect conversations that felt like it was me and the host sitting down, like old friends, and talking about the topic at hand.

And that is exactly how I’ve crafted all of my training. Sure, I prepare and curate the best training I can, I may even write out a script and read it to myself several times to remember exactly what my intent was with each piece of advice, but then the script goes away and it turns into a conversation, because that is what I want these to be, conversations that don’t end once you consume the content one, two, three, or more times.

After you take your chosen course(s) and re take them as many times as you’d like, the conversation and training does not end there, go find your team, your people, and spread the word and continue the conversation, contact me and tell me what you think and what your sticking points were.

Then take this training and APPLY it. Every. Damn. day.

How long after purchase will I receive the course materials?

ASAP! Instead of going the more ‘traditional’ route of emailing you your purchase and course materials, I use a hosting site called Membervault that works like a, well, membership vault. You create a login (typically your username and password are both your email address, but you can change it) and you can login and access any free or purchased material you are eligible to receive, whenever you feel like it.

This means no saving old emails, no rooting through inboxes or download folders for material months later, it is all saved for you on the course site so you can revisit it time and time again and gain access immediately upon purchase.

Can I take a purchased course more than once?

Yes!

The course is unlocked for you for a lifetime! As long as you remember your login information (gimme a shout if you forget it) you can access all of your purchased content for forever.

That is the beauty of using a membership style website for courses, you can revisit it all again and again and again.

What happens if course materials change over the course of time after I purchase?

Every upgrade and update made to a course you purchased is available to you for free. Whenever I upgrade or add new material to a course, I’ll send an email out to all who currently own the course and let them know that upgrades and/or changes have occurred.

As long as the course exists, you own it, and all changes to it, for life.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase any course via whatever payment methods Paypal accepts. The course-hosting site we use where you purchase your courses is integrated with Paypal for a quick and easy checkout each time!

What are the terms and conditions I must consent to before purchase?

Before you click ‘purchase’ you can access all of our terms and conditions via the link provided to you (you can find them here as well).

What happens if I experience technological issues with the site or materials?

Career Mentor Programs FAQs

How long do I have to pay for my career mentorship package?

If you chose our career mentorship package, your payment plan will work like the below:

If $5,997 (Paid in full): Your entire payment is due within 24 hours of your first session/appointment. If you do not make your payment before the 24 hour period, your session and package will be cancelled and you will be notified. You then have the option to reschedule your coaching package and make the payments within our required timeframe.

 

If 6 monthly payments of $1,047: Your first payment is due within 24 hours of your first session/appointment. If you do not make your payment before the 24 hour period, your session and package will be cancelled and you will be notified. You then have the option to reschedule your coaching package and make the payments within our required timeframe. Your remaining payments are automatically debited from your account on the 1st of every month.

 

How long do I have to pay for my one-time mentorship package?

Your entire payment is due within 24 hours of your first session/appointment. If you do not make your payment before the 24 hour period, your session will be cancelled and you will be notified. You then have the option to reschedule your session and make the payments within our required timeframe.

 

What happens if I don't get the desired results?

Here is the thing, CEO. We can provide all of the tools, resources, and mentorship in the world, but if you don’t put your all into it and work hard to get your desired results, then you probably won’t get anything out of this. We can provide all of the help you need- but you are the one who gets the new job, promotion, and redefines leadership, we just provide the tools for you along the way to get there.
