What Clients Are Saying

After losing my job for calling out a safety issue I was really struggling with the idea of how to interview with confidence. Kristina helped me work through the process. Finding a way to be both honest and forthright about what happened, while also not being negative towards my previous employer! She helped me find clarity in the process and I walked into interviews with a level of confidence I couldn't have found without her.

Kristina is a genius! My resume looked so good after she worked her magic!

Kristina has always been there as a professional and a friend. She is an inspiration and strong role model to both women and men, and has guided me through difficult times in my professional career. I feel honored to call her my friend and privileged to work with her.

The average attention span is 8 seconds and most individuals make a snap judgement within the first 30 seconds of meeting you.

Don’t let those 30 seconds go by without capturing the full attention of your new networking connection or new boss.

Make sure they walk away from your introduction with the desire to connect with you again.

Connection creates opportunity.

Meet the CEO

Listen to the story of why I founded The CEO.Co, my passions, and the future I envision for the company and our country in my segment on Springfield Business First!

Hey, fellow CEO, I’m Kristina, nice to “meet” you.

Just before my 20th birthday I graduated from college with a degree in business management, and I very quickly hopped into corporate America a few short weeks later. Since the beginning of my career, I’ve been either promoted or moved on to a new/higher position pretty much every single year, and along the way, I screwed a lot of things up, and did a lot of things right as I navigated the jungles of office cubicles.

In August 2018 I founded The CEO.Co (well, a version of it) to fill the gap I’ve seen in our community and culture, a gap regarding solving the problems that individuals, specifically individuals who were socialized as female and/or identify as female, in the workplace- from imposter syndrome, burnout, to assertive communication, and basic career skills. The current career skills development work I do is aimed at helping women achieve more in the workplace and learn how to ‘play the game’ that was not created for our success, so that we can then change the game for others after us.

Throughout my work, I’m aiming to achieve a large, and, quite scary, goal- to ensure that privilege is a word left in the history books.

I’m not here to just teach women how to ‘play the game’ to get ahead in their careers, I’m here to educate women on how to become successful so that they can change the entire game for everyone.

Own your voice and make it heard.

Your goal is to step forward in your career and climb the corporate ladder of success, but you cannot do that if no one is listening to what you have to say or if you’re unable to handle conflict and tough situations. Diffusing tense situations and being the go-to voice in the room is key to making career moves and lifting others as you climb.
