I’m Kristina, nice to “meet” you.
In August 2018 I founded The CEO.Co to fill the gap I’ve seen in our community and culture. A gap regarding the right kind of inclusive and adaptive leadership skills more and more employees are craving and a gap in training and empowering diverse employees on skills for success in the workplace.
I’m talking actually having an open door policy, leading from within and alongside your team, and training and empowering diverse employees in career skills including resume writing, interviewing, and learning how to assertively communicate and lead.
Through all of this, we will be able to curate a future of workplace success for all, not just the majority.
